Responsive Developer

After buying this app for my Mac I discovered that it wouldn’t launch no matter what I did. I emailed the developer and he responded in less than an hour, then engaged in a back-and-forth email exchange with me until I managed to get the app to work. So while I was frustrated with the app initially, I’m now quite pleased with it and with the help I received when I had problems.
